The kids may not be lacking in energy, but you may be starting to run out of ideas for how to keep them entertained! Keeping active in these times is really important, and that’s why #ThisIsPE is a useful way to quickly put together activities and games that will entertain and burn off some of that energy.
The Daily Mile at Home. We would like to introduce all families across the UK to The #DailyMileAtHome. It’s an easy and fun way to keep fit and maintain good health and wellbeing for you and your children.
Take a look at the school's newsletter as there will be fun challenges for you to do at home using a range of equipment you already have. Challenge you family to a 'toss the sock in the washing basket' competition. Time how many you can score in a minute or the furthest away you can be and still, ' make the basket'.
Can you beat Miss Hartford?
Send you clips to your class teacher or share it on the schools Twitter.
