Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Free School Meal Voucher Scheme. Read More
As you will now be aware the Government has announced a plan for students to return to school over a phased period. These timescales are open to possible change given the rate of infection in the country. We are currently working to plan for return of pupils and we will ensure that you are updated as soon as possible. We reassure you that the health and wellbeing of you and your children will be at the front of our plans

EYFS Staff Team:

Our Target:

Our target is to raise the standards in Writing and Reading in the Early Years with a specific focus on
a. Physical Development
b. Communication
c. Phonics

At Fairway Primary Academy we believe that the early years are vital in setting the foundations for life. We believe in providing children with a safe and stimulating environment where children flourish. We pride ourselves on listening to children and those who care for them and using this information to personalise each child’s learning. The Early Years Foundation Stage at Fairway Primary Academy promotes excellence in early education, enabling all children to achieve success in their early years. We have a 30 place Reception class.

Learning should be fun and we strongly believe in first hand experiences, valuing the importance of developing confidence in their communication skills to develop children’s thinking and problem solving skills. We believe that every child is unique and should be treated so allowing them the opportunity to develop and learn in a safe and nurturing environment where play and learning is combined.

We understand the importance of practical learning experiences and strive to equip children with a love of learning and a natural curiosity. We are committed to giving our children the best possible start to their school life, teaching them skills which ensure their well-being now and success in the future.
