Year
6
The final year at Fairway Primary Academy.
In Year 6 you will expect to see the teacher Mrs Rowlands along with support by Mrs Ward.
A week in Year 6 will see a wide range of lessons aiming to provide children will valuable and transferrable life skills ready for the next stage in their educational journey. Our Humanities topics include: Crime and Punishment, Conflict and Trade. We explore a range of high-quality texts across the curriculum and seek to deepen and develop our maths and broad curriculum understanding.
There are some fantastic homework ideas to do each half term too. Take a picture and send it to the Year 6 email address so that we can share in your great work as a class.
We look forward to the challenges of Year 6 along with the lasting memories of this most memorable year at the end of a long Primary journey.
